Ikhona Africa is a series of 12 minute or 24 minute TV Programs, which are designed to give viewers all over the world, an idea of what Africa has to offer on a Safari or a Journey to the continent. Each Program explores a different type of Safari experience or a destination/area in Central, Eastern or Southern Africa, and what it has to offer the visitor.

Ikhona Africa in Zulu means "come and explore" - so this program invites the viewer to do just that, in a taste of what a typical Safari or Journey to Central, Eastern and Southern Africa entails. The introduction touches on some of the areas and experiences that the series will cover - from the Wildebeest Migration in Tanzania, to hiking in Lesotho, dune boarding in Namibia, Whale Watching on the Garden Route etc - a taste of Africa's undiscovered secrets.

This program opens with an introduction to Vic Falls and the many activities on offer around this natural wonder of the world - from Bungy Jumping, to White River Rafting etc. This is followed by a feature on the nearby Chobe National Park and a unique game viewing experience from the Ichobezi Houseboats. Combine this with exciting tiger fishing and a stay at Ichingo River Lodge on Impalila Island, and you have the makings of a great safari.

This program showcases 3 unique venues in Southern Africa, which offer a nature based experience to rejuvenate the Soul - from Garonga Safaris in the Makalali Reserve, to Karkloof Spa in the Natal Midlands, and then to Phantom Forest in Knysna - all offer a truly different soul sensation.

Pongololand or the Elephant Coast on the KZN Natal north coast of South Africa is a play ground for nature and marine experiences - such as Shayamoya lodge set on the banks of Jozini Dam - or the Shayamanzi luxury Houseboats, which cruise the dam to give guests water based game viewing and tiger fishing - or head in land to Pakamisa Lodge for a horse back safari on Arabian thoroughbreds.
